most of us say the characteristic parts of our zodiac signs descriptions are true. would we say this is if our descriptions were switched with other signs’? in other words,do we really just say the descriptions fit us because we unconsciously want them to? or do all of the descriptions fit us?

Horoscope columns just deal with generalities of the sun sign. A REAL horoscope chart is calculated uniquely for each person and no two people have the same chart. REAL astrology is a lot more complicated and each person has 3 different signs, a sun sign is based on birth date, a rising sign based on the birth time, (hour and minute), and the moon sign based on birth date and time. A person’s sun sign characteristics are modified depending on their rising and moon signs along with other factors. A REAL horoscope chart calculates the placement of the planets when you were born, the signs they were in and the houses they fall into in your natal chart, (which has 12 houses and rules different areas of your life), along with the aspects each planet makes to other planets and important angles of your chart. This gives you your natal chart that tells about you specifically, your looks, personality, abilities, family, spouse etc.
Predictions are based on the positions of your natal planets in comparison to transits. Transits are where the planets are located on the current day and the aspects they make to your natal planets and houses of your birth chart.
ima Libra..and some of the stuff is true..but other stuff isnt. so im not really sure…
When given a list of traits, I think most people will just look in their own lives and find a way to fit it to themselves. That being said, there are some people who’s descriptions are freakishly accurate.
well good way to check is have others read it that know you and ask them if it fits….
there are usually parts that do and parts that dont….

I’m a Libra and I think that, for the most part, the Libran attributions fit me. Not only that, but I’ve also noticed that the majority of my friends fall under the signs that are supposed to be a great match for Libra. That includes friends I had before I knew about astrology and the like. I also have a tendency to not get along with those that are supposed to be incompatible to my sign.
I’m a Libra. I’m all about balance! My home is as balanced as i can get it……. there are 2 boys and 2 girls. My husband and my son, my daughter and Me. My husband and my initials are the same for first, middle and last names. and both our first names have the same number of letters. and if you asked him if i live up to my Sign he would say YES…… i never ment it that way….. my mother didnt like the signs, said they were evil ….. so i never knew of mine till i was older. I believe in them….. and so dose she NOW>…
It’s a subconscious thing. People of the same zodiac sign aren’t alike, they have different traits and personalities.

I’m a Pisces, and about 95% of the stuff I’ve read about my sign is dead-on accurate.
If you look into all the traits of all the signs, you are bound to find somethings that fit you. It’s a broad sense of word description. Because we are more than our sun sign we are sure to show attributes of our moon, Venus, Mars, etc…. But if we are balanced, truly balanced, we will exhibit traits of every sign. I’m not a Leo but I do think highly of myself and desire to be the center of attention, I’m not a Taurus, but I am stubborn and money minded, I’m not a Gemini, but I do have alot of nervous,
energy, am fickle, and love to talk, I’m not a Saggitarius, but I love to camp, and be with nature, I’m not a Pisces but I am a writer and pyschic, so on and so forth. Do you see what I’m getting at? We can be all of our traits or we can be none of them. This allows us to use which ever personality fits us best at the time. Cool hu?
i think that we unconsciously fit ourselves to the description of our zodiac signs…
I buy it … and it doesn’t have to be on sale….

My zodiac sign fits my perfectly. Mines Libra
i’m a sagittarius. most of the things my horiscope says usually happens, also the descripitions of a sagittarius do mosly fit me. i dunno about the other signs and people but, it could very well be the same with everybody. you’ll/we’ll just never know!
Astrology is more complicated than that. Most people know that if you’re born on April 4, you’re an Aries. So they look up Aries for their daily horoscope and think that’s it. You’re only your Sun sign. But you have influences from every sign in your chart and personality. For example, many people display more characteristics from their rising sign than they do from their Sun sign. My Taurean (rising) characteristics come out more often than my Arian (Sun) characteristics.
